An Introspective Hypnosis session offers time to approach a question, experience or recurring pattern from another perspective. Sessions are available in English, Dutch and Romanian.
What is Introspective Hypnosis?
Introspective Hypnosis brings together guided hypnosis and an inward exploration shaped around what you would like to examine. You do not need to arrive with a fixed explanation or fit your experience into a predefined category.
You may bring a question, a recurring thought or pattern, a personal experience, a choice or something you would like to understand more closely. What arises may take the form of words, memories, images, sensations, impressions or symbolic narratives.
Hypnosis can feel like an awakening: a state of focused attention and heightened inner awareness. You remain present, involved and able to communicate throughout the experience.
How the session unfolds
1. Conversation
The session begins with a calm conversation about what you would like to explore. You describe it in your own words and have time to ask practical questions.
2. Preparation
The process is explained before the guided part begins. You remain free to pause or stop at any time.
3. Guided experience
You are guided into focused inward attention. You remain aware, can hear and respond and continue to take part in your own choices and boundaries.
4. Closing exchange
At the end, there is time to exchange impressions about the session and return to your initial question.
No particular experience, interpretation or outcome is promised.
What may be explored?
You may begin with a question, an experience, a recurring pattern, a choice or something you would like to view from another perspective. The session follows what becomes meaningful in the conversation without placing you into a rigid form.

- Duration: approximately 2–3 hours
- Format: in person, remotely or by telephone
- Languages: English, Dutch and Romanian
- Price: €350 excluding VAT / €423.50 including 21% VAT
- Payment: StudioHW sends the invoice by email after the introductory conversation and mutual agreement to continue. Scheduling can proceed after the €100 advance payment has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
- Preparation: practical information, including any recording arrangements, is provided privately by email after the appointment is confirmed.
