Terms & Conditions \u2013 Studio HW<\/h1>

Hypnosis & Guidance<\/em><\/p>

These Terms & Conditions apply to all hypnosis sessions and services provided by Studio HW<\/strong>. By booking an appointment, the client confirms agreement with these terms.<\/p>

1. Nature of Hypnosis & Personal Responsibility<\/h2>

1.1 Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and relaxation<\/strong> in which the client actively participates.
1.2 Hypnosis is self-hypnosis<\/strong>; the client remains fully in control of their thoughts, actions, and decisions at all times.
1.3 The hypnopractitioner of Studio HW does not control the client<\/strong> and cannot make the client do anything against their will, values, or beliefs.
1.4 Results vary per individual and depend on the client\u2019s own motivation, commitment, and responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>

2. No Medical or Therapeutic Treatment<\/h2>

2.1 The hypnopractitioner of Studio HW is not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or healer<\/strong>.
2.2 Studio HW does not diagnose<\/strong>, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
2.3 Hypnosis sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care<\/strong>.
2.4 The client remains fully responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional for physical or mental health concerns.
2.5 Any insights, guidance, or suggestions provided during sessions do not constitute medical advice<\/strong>.<\/p>

3. Appointments & Attendance<\/h2>

3.1 Appointments are scheduled by the client.
3.2 The client is fully responsible for arriving on time<\/strong> at the agreed date and time.
3.3 Late arrival reduces the session time and does not entitle the client to an extension or refund.<\/p>

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show<\/h2>

4.1 Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session<\/strong>.
4.2 Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable<\/strong>.
4.3 In case of no-show without notice<\/strong>, 50% of the session fee will be refunded<\/strong>.
4.4 Rescheduling an appointment at least 24 hours in advance is free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>

5. Payment & Refunds<\/h2>

5.1 Payment is made according to the agreed method.
5.2 Any applicable refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
5.3 Studio HW reserves the right to adjust pricing; confirmed appointments remain at the agreed rate.<\/p>

6. Privacy & Confidentiality<\/h2>

6.1 All personal information and session content are treated as strictly confidential<\/strong>.
6.2 Client data will not be shared with third parties<\/strong> without explicit consent, unless legally required.
6.3 Studio HW complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws (GDPR).<\/p>

7. Consent & Participation<\/h2>

7.1 Participation in hypnosis sessions is entirely voluntary<\/strong>.
7.2 By attending a session, the client provides informed consent<\/strong> for the use of hypnosis and related techniques.
7.3 The client may stop or withdraw from a session at any time.<\/p>

8. Liability<\/h2>

8.1 Studio HW is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from hypnosis sessions.
8.2 No guarantees<\/strong> are given regarding results or outcomes.<\/p>

9. Governing Law<\/h2>

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
9.2 In the event of a dispute, parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.<\/p>
